The summer Milky Way to the southwest over Victoria Glacier and Lake Louise in Banff National Park, Alberta on a moonless night, August 29, 2016. This was about midnight at the start of the night, and before a time-lapse sequence. A low-level aurora and likely airglow this night to the north added a general green cast to the sky, minimized to some extent here.
