I shot this Canada Day, July 1, 2015 from Scotsman Hill overlooking Calgary, awaiting the fireworks. This is a stack of 110 frames, merged with Advanced Stacker Actions using the Ultrastreaks action. Despite the blending, the ~ 8s gap between exposures still led to gaps in the streaks - you’d have to shoot at 1s intervals to eliminate them. To smooth out the gaps I added a duplicate layer for the sky with a Radial Blur filter applied to further streak the clouds.
